We are currently seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precision trimming of composite materials to meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Location: Caulside Drive, Co. Antrim
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trim composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
- Utilise various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to achieve precise cuts and finishes.
- Inspect trimmed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimise production processes and efficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Person Specification:
Qualifications, Experience & Attitude:
- Previous experience in composite trimming or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment commonly used in composite trimming operations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
