Position Overview:
ETRUX ltd seeks a Regional Sales & Business Development Executive to sell our products or services within a particular region. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, customer development and meeting sales goals. Duties will include the preparation of sales presentations, product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
The right person will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in a sales / business development role is essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researching businesses, individuals, and industries to identify potential new clients and serve our existing clients.
- Contacting potential new clients using phone, email, and direct customer meetings to gain interest, create and follow up leads.
- Preparing client presentations and sales materials including PowerPoint printed materials and displays.
- Meeting new and existing clients in person.
- Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing and delivering customer quotations and ensuring timely follow up.
- Establishing Sales goals and ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Utilising the CRM system to ensure that all customer data and follow up tasks are achieved.
- Working with the senior team to identify new opportunities, products, services and risks.
- Attending networking opportunities, conferences and industry events.
Person Specification:
Qualifications, Experience & Attitude:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Sales / Development role, within the automotive industry, preferably in the commercial vehicles segment.
- Familiar with commercial fleet management procurement processes
- Experience in the compilation of detailed technical and commercial quotation and tender / RFQ documents.
- A detailed understanding of the Electric Commercial Vehicle market and products.
- An understanding of the infrastructure required to support Electric Vehicles
- A Knowledge of vehicle conversions and adaptations
